HRP Favs Goldmine

Hi,

Let’s look at a few possible approaches for these ultra-high strike rate betting propositions.

What is an optimum scenario in a nailed-on Goldmine bet?

  1. Smaller Field
  2. Bigger Market Gap
  3. Higher DVI

First, here is what I do every day:

  1. Put the races in time order by clicking on the left-hand column
  2. Enter into Bet Builder Pro a ‘Market Gap’ of 2
  3. Enter into Bet Builder Pro a minimum DVI of 1.15
  4. Only consider backing the named selections if they start off as 1st and 2nd favourites in live betting markets

What is Market Gap?

This is the gap in points terms between the second favourite and the third favourite in the live betting. So, if the 2nd favourite is 3 and the 3rd favourite is 5.5 – that is a Market Gap of 2.5pts

What is DVI?

This stands for Dutch Value Index and is the combined odds of the two selections played as a Balanced Dutch bet (BD).

So if the two selections are both quoted at 4 this is a DVI of 2 or Evens. Put £100 on to make £100 profit plus stake.

If the DVI is 1.5 then you would put £100 to make £50 profit plus stake.

Extra Filters

  1. Only use races where there is a Market Gap of 3 or more
  2. Set a maximum price on the Favourite (shortest odds) of 3
  3. Choose the highest odds favourite of the day with the biggest Market Gap

Place Betting On Favourites

  1. Set a filter for the Market Gap of 2 or more points
  2. Back the Favourite to Place only
  3. Use 5 or 10% Ratchet Staking

Staking Approaches

  1.  HRP Platinum Staking

Depending upon the selections you work with and the odds obtainable, you can use the Platinum Staking plan paying special attention to the how the odds of the bet impact on the next stake.

For instance if the bet is over 1.99 you reduce the next stake by 2pts (always to a minimum of 2, of course)

If the odds are under 1.68 your next stake stays the same etc.

You must work to a target at all times – we recommend 2.5% per day

2.  Stake To Make

You could stake to make 1% on each bet and if you get 3 straight winning bets that is 3% profit and you would stop betting.

If your betting bank is £100 split into 100pts you would stake to make £1 per bet etc.

If you get a losing bet, consider increasing the next ‘stake to make’ to 1.5 or 2%
