Bocco’s Coupmaster: July 3rd 2019

Hello,

I am actually playing my bets as part of a manual campaign in addition to the Automiser set up, so all the instructions are in the notes on the Club header/manual.

The previous day’s results are recorded via the old Coup Master interface, as it enables me to present the flow of bets in a much more viewer-friendly fashion.

Anyone using the Automiser will have everything in their historical bet ledger of course.

July 2nd

Kapono was a loser on the 3rd bet, but my Place Banker Coup was landed on the 2nd bet.

Kapono definitely drifted but after shortening to 11/8, to be fair if I was betting it I would have played.

If you carried on betting and played Kapono, just put it the total stake down in the column and 0 for the Total Return, add to your figures for that series.

I know Gav played the 3rd bet as the 2nd bet and LOST the coup, because he didn’t check that the races were in time order.

Ooops. My fault, I’m sorry if anyone else did that.

If you can’t get say 1.25 or 1.3 for the place, then play the selection to win!

My original recommendation was to as Rolling Doubles using a 1,3,5pt progression.

Don’t forget they need to go off favourite or close second favourite.

Any drifts in the named odds are to be treated with caution.

Previous figures:

The way I was doing this is with a 10pt bank (£100) but you could just as easily make it a 50pt bank with the same progression.

So if 3 consecutive Place Banker doubles fall down, your maximum liability would be 9pts.

28th June

10 x 1.52 x 1.67 = 20.54 (Bet 1 & 2)

Profit = 10.54

New Bank: £110 / 10

29th June

11 x 1.36 (Bet 3) = 14.96 x 1.32 (Bet 4) = 19.74 (Stop Betting)

New Bank: 118.75 / 10 = 11.86

Bet 5 (Flight Risk)

11.86 x 1.36 L (106.89

Bet 6: 32.00 (Bet 7 Mawakib) x 1.43 x (Bet 8 Limato) x 1.57 = 72

New Bank: 118 + 72 = 190

After Bet 5 had debited we increased stake to 3pts.

Very quick bank growth, but with very high liability even using a reserve bank.

But the principle is rock solid – the Rolling Double.

However, I think we will use Platinum Staking as a progression with a 40pt bank.

To that end, I am staring today with a fresh £500 split into 40 = 12.50 per point.

30th June

What I would say about yesterday is that Olivers Gold went off 4th favourite which is normally a ‘no no’.

However, there were only two qualifying bets all day and as it happened they both obliged.

Unless I state otherwise when only two bets, it can be assumed that we bypass the favourites rule.

So my £500 (40 points) bank took a 2pt stake of £25 and here are the figures:

£25 x 2.12 (Bet 1) = £53 x 2.18 (Bet 2) = £115.54

This is a great double at just over 7/2 (4.62)!

Take your opening stake away from the return and you are left with £90.54 profit.

My profit is reinvested back into the bank and a new point value will be established for today.

New Bank: £591 / 40 = 14.77

Staking Progression

Your Platinum Plan protocols are of course, in the FI Club (top menu bar)

Start off at your base 2pt Stake.

So after a debit double increase stake by a point.

If the Double pays more than Evens reduce by 2pts or back to your 2pt starting stake

If it pays 1.73 to Evens reduce by 1pt

If it pays 1.72 or less then keep the same stake.

Recalibrate new point value at EVERY new bank highpoint.

You could play these bets as WIN doubles of course, very thrilling and MUCH higher odds but not so many winning series.

I recommend we stop at a new bank high point each day, but if a lot of pairs there are very likely to be more winning doubles!
